Where is your practice located?
Our medical practice is located in Gallatin, TN, at 1785 Airport Road, Suite B | Gallatin, TN 37066. We are easily accessible from surrounding areas and offer ample parking for our patients.
What are your office hours?
Our practice is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and we also offer convenient Saturday hours from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM to better accommodate your schedule.
Do you accept new patients?
Yes, we are currently accepting new patients. Please contact our office at 615-575-8173 to schedule your first appointment.
What insurance plans do you accept?
We accept a wide range of insurance plans, including BlueCross BlueShield, UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, and Cigna. Please contact our office for a full list of accepted insurance plans.
Do you offer same-day appointments?
We strive to accommodate our patients as best as we can and do offer same-day appointments for urgent medical needs. Please call us early in the day to check availability.

At this time, we do not offer telehealth services. We believe in providing the highest quality of care through in-person visits to ensure comprehensive medical evaluations.
